Prices are established based on the
actual cost of the item and an allowance for related overhead
costs. El Paso Lighthouse reserves the right to make price changes
at any time without prior notice. Quantity discounts are not
available on any item with the exception of safety vests.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling charges are
NOT refundable. Additional shipping charges will be added to
orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands. No
shipments can be made to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Asia or any
destination other the continental U.S. and than those mentioned
above. Out of the U.S. orders must
be picked up at the El Paso Lighthouse.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are claiming
tax exemption status, please provide a
copy of your exemption form.
How To Order
Orders can be accepted by phone,
mail (Braille or print), or email. An order form will be
available at the end of the catalog. . Please include the
following information when placing an order:
Name, mailing address and daytime
telephone number.
The items you wish to order including the quantity of each item
and price. Whether the item will be picked up or should be mailed.
Sales tax (where applicable), and postage (when necessary) will be
added to each order. Merchandise will be shipped via the U.S.
Postal Service unless specifically requested.
We encourage you to call or email
to check availability of merchandise before ordering. This will
insure that you will get prompt service.
Orders From Organizations
Orders can be placed by
organizations in the manner listed above. Tax-Exempt Organizations
must provide an exemption number or some other identification.
Purchase orders are encouraged.
El Paso Lighthouse does not except
any credit cards. Payments must be made with personal, company
check, money order, or cash. There is a $25.00 charge for returned
checks.
Payment for merchandise is due and payable at the time items are
picked up or prior to shipment.
Large orders, unusual items and all out of the country orders must
be pre paid Any change in this policy, must be made by the
Lighthouse President.
SPECIAL ORDERS
A 30% down payment is required when ordering merchandise. After merchandise ordered is
received, we ask that it be picked up within three weeks after
notification that your order has come in. If you decide that you
do not want the merchandise ordered, your down payment will be
returned minus the cost of postage to return the merchandise to
the supplier. Companies only allow 30-day trial periods.
The El Paso Lighthouse neither sends
C.O.D. orders nor accepts C.O.D. shipments.
Reserved
Merchandise
Merchandise can only be reserved
for 30 days. Unclaimed merchandise will be
placed back in the store inventory.
Returns
and Refunds
We will accept returned merchandise
for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days after the
merchandise was purchased. Please call prior to returning
merchandise. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Merchandise Must be returned in
original packaging including all instructions and Warranty
information pertaining to the item. The merchandise must be
returned in the same condition it was received. If a refund is
requested, a check will be issued the next time checks are
written. Checks are written twice a month.
Repairs
The El Paso Lighthouse does not have
facilities to repair merchandise. Merchandise must either be
sent directly to the manufacturer or to the supplier. If
merchandise is under warranty, we can assist with returning
merchandise. The person requesting the repair is responsible for
postage and any costs for the repair.
Warranties
The El Paso Lighthouse offers a 30-day
guarantee. Manufacturers' warranties are
stated.
